TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE $50 FUNDED GIVEAWAY



Eligibility:

1.1 The WSpace $50 account giveaway is open only to all clients of WSpace that will
participate in predicting the Banyana Banyana final score (6th August 2023)
1.2 Employees, directors, and immediate family members of WSpace and its affiliates are not
eligible to participate in this competition.



Competition Period:

2.1 The Giveaway begins on the 3rd of August 2023 to the 6th of August 2023. All times are in the
South African Time Zone.



How to Enter:

3.1 To enter the funded account giveaway, participants must meet the following criteria:
a) Follow our social media accounts
b) Tag 3 friends
c) Reshare this status
3.2 No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win the Giveaway. You need to do your
prediction and win a funded account.
3.3 Participants must provide accurate and complete information when entering the Giveaway.
Winner Selection:
4.1 The winner will be selected using the following criteria:

4.2 The winner will be notified via email, phone and social media within 5 days of the competition
end date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification,
WSpace reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Prize:
5.1 The prize for the Giveaweay are as follows:
· Win one of three funded accounts

5.2 The prize allocated as a credited account following the predetermined methods specified in the
criteria.
5.3 The credit assigned will not be withdrawable up until a specified amount of volume is traded.
Profits made will however be withdrawable.
Publicity:
6.1 By participating in the competition, participants consent to WSpace using their names,
photographs, and any submitted materials for promotional purposes without any additional
compensation.
General Conditions:
7.1 WSpace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition, in whole or in
part, at any time without prior notice.
7.2 WSpace reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and
conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.
7.3 Participants agree to release and hold WSpace and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees,
and agents harmless from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their participation
in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
